Ski Villa with Carpark 40, Stylish Alpine Base

Not great - while I received an email replying to my issue NOTHING was sorted Positive: Location Negative: I was disappointed that after I made the effort to log my complaint about the -1 broken small fry pan and BOTH the large and small fry pans where NOT FIT TO COOK IN - after logging my issue your replied quickly but NOTHING was actually done  I do hope you take this positive feedback and ACTION your responses a bit more efficiently  I had also drawn your attention to the bedroom my college had used  - which he actually moved out of and stayed somewhere else - as a smoker had obviously slept in the room and the bedding and pillows were permeated with the smoke smell  Really NOT acceptable 

excellent, would come again . location perfect, key pick up and return easy Positive: location was perfect for work. everything i needed was at the house. doing my own washing was the best i didnt need to go anywhere parking was good i didnt use the allocated parking as i was fortunate enough to get street parking Negative: there was only 1 thing i didnt like and that was running out of toilet paper and i had to dash up to pak n save to get more. the pots were also in a cupboard that ws way too high for me to reach. i wanted basic cloth to wipe the counter down and there were none. nothing to dramatic but that was the only thing i didnt like.
